Ethanyangmusic Records provides music distribution services to various digital streaming platforms and online stores. We facilitate the delivery of your audio and metadata to these platforms based on your selections and compliance with our guidelines.

03 User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
• You must ensure that you own all necessary rights and licenses for the music and artwork you submit.
• You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, infringing, or violates any third-party rights.
• You must provide accurate metadata, including songwriter credits, ISRCs, and explicit content flags.

04 Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to your music and content. By using our services, you grant Ethanyangmusic Records a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute your content to the platforms you select. This license is granted without royalty obligation from Ethanyangmusic Records to you for the act of distribution itself. You shall receive royalties from the Platforms as per your Distribution Agreement.

05 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you may request takedown of your content subject to platform processing times.

06 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
